Marco Lindsey is a strategist, trainer, and facilitator with more than 19 years of experience advancing workplace inclusion. As the Associate Director at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Marco has led transformative initiatives that embed equity into organizational culture and systems. With nearly 12 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Marco brings deep expertise in strategic planning and institutional change.
Drawing on over a decade of research and hands-on practice, Marco developed the Equitable Feedback Model: a groundbreaking approach to feedback that has been taught to hundreds of professionals across the globe. His work empowers organizations to build trust, strengthen teams, and drive lasting impact through inclusive communication.
