As the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Marco has led transformative initiatives that embed equity into organizational culture and systems. With nearly 12 years of experience as Chief of Staff at Haas, Marco brings deep expertise in strategic planning and institutional change.

Drawing on five years of research and hands-on practice, Marco developed the Equitable Feedback Model: a groundbreaking approach to feedback that has been taught to hundreds of professionals across the globe.
